RECEPTIONIST 

Lyn has only just began her NRVH journey, starting early 2025, joining our wonderful reception team & it feels like she has been with us forever (in a good way)

Lyn is full of spunk and positivity, which makes her very suited to her role in being one of the first people you encounter when you walk through our doors!
She states that her main love of the job is helping clients through their journey of pet ownership, both the good and bad times.

Lyn enjoys having such a variety of different species come through, from baby goats one day to bearded dragons, birds or a litter of puppies the next! No day is the same & that is what keeps our jobs interesting, however it isn’t for everyone but with a personality and the type of person Lyn is, she is more than capable of handling it all!

Lyn is a delightful colleague and is always up for a laugh, which is very refreshing in our line of work! She is compassionate to clients and is always happy to help out no matter the problem, Lyn is keen to help you out!
