What lead us to what we are today...

Dr Karen Hedberg established the North Richmond Veterinary Hospital in 1976. Karen has built an enormous client base not only Sydney wide, but throughout the state and even seeing interstate clients.

Karen has been a great teacher and mentor to many vets and is always available to share her wealth of knowledge and experience.

Dr Michelle Dalli started working at NRVH over 20 years ago and in 2019 became the current owner.

She has built up a loyal clientele and as a talented and skilled small animal surgeon she is always in demand.

1976

Karen started the the clinic

Karen was the only vet for some time after opening the hospital.

2006

Michelle started working at NRVH as a new grad

When Michelle started there were two vets and two nurses on each day.

2019

Michelle took ownership of NRVH

The business changed ownership to allow Karen to hand over the reigns and reduce how much she worked so she could move into retirement.

2023

Moved to new premises in Redbank Estate

The hospital oragnically grew and we outgrew the old hospital so a purpose built hospital was created.
